Initial biweekly sync up with Product Lead to align and revise on design, then incorporated engs as design closer to finishing. Once the engineer understood context, I participated in weekly sync up with engs to ensure smooth engineering.

Background & Context

Republic Capital is the venture arm of Republic.com and is tasked with investing in late stage successful startups in the deep tech, web3, and fintech space. Republic Capital have invested in luminary companies such as Space X, Carta, Dapper Labs. RC website

I was tasked with designing a whole new Republic Capital app, as well as a whole new web presence for the LPs (limited partners) of Republic Capital. The goal of the app is to empower them with comprehensive insights into their investments, fostering transparency and trust. One of the main challenge of the app design is that real time data is not readily available and infrequently calculated. The solution being the design will focus on presenting historical investment performance, asset allocation, and fund distributions in a clear and easily accessible manner, to convey intelligence, performance and authority.
